1. Services Provided

ThatOnePCguy LLC provides the following services:

  • Custom PC builds

  • PC repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting

  • Technical consulting and recommendations related to PC hardware/software

All services are performed to the best of our technical ability using current industry standards.

2. Quotes and Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins on custom builds or large service requests.

  • Full payment is due upon completion or delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment by Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal.

3. Return & Warranty Policy

Please refer to our Refund and Warranty Policy for details on:

  • 25-day return eligibility for custom PCs and items

  • Warranty exclusions for customer-caused damage

  • Fees for out-of-warranty repairs

You acknowledge and accept these policies when purchasing products or services from ThatOnePCguy LLC.

4. Customer Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your needs and system requirements

  • Backup all personal data prior to service (we are not responsible for data loss)

  • Not hold ThatOnePCguy LLC liable for issues resulting from pre-existing hardware/software conditions

You are responsible for any misuse, neglect, or improper handling of your system after delivery.

5. Limitations of Liability

ThatOnePCguy LLC is not liable for:

  • Data loss, software corruption, or viruses unless directly caused by our negligence

  • Third-party hardware failure (after manufacturer warranty expiration)

  • Customer misuse or unauthorized modification of systems after service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, documentation, or educational material provided during consultations or services remain the property of ThatOnePCguy LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse our documentation or instructional materials without permission.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, including for:

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Non-payment or chargebacks

  • Unreasonable service demands outside the scope of agreed work
